- What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items within 60 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new, unused condition. For fragrances, the item should still be wrapped in cellophane. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions. - How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website. - Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. - Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we offer free shipping for orders over £20 and accept returns within 60 days.

We do offer gift wrapping on any product, at £3.99.

To create an account click on the "Register" icon at the top left corner of our homepage. Fill in the required information and follow the prompts to set up your account. - I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
