Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. For fragrances, the cellophane wrapping must remain intact.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Before sending back an item, set up a return case through our return portal. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or faulty goods), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Acceptable Returns
- Used items or those with opened cellophane wrappers cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Items returned after 60 days from the purchase date will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 working days.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at help@lookincredible.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
