Slow shipping

The perfume itself was exactly what I ordered but I will avoid using this company again at all costs!!! They state they use standard uk shipping which should be 3-5 working days however it took 18 days for me to finally receive it. This was a Christmas gift so should I have known how long it would take, I would never have used them. They are clearly a 3rd party company and shouldn’t offer a service they can’t provide! They should also be clear about their shipping service.
