What is your return policy?
You can return your item to us within 60 days (from date of purchase) for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A return case must be setup before returning an item. This can be done by our RETURNS PORTAL. Do not return an item without setting up a return via the RETURN PORTAL.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return, items must be brand new & unused and in the same condition as when they were originally sent out. Specifically, fragrances should retain their original cellophane wrapping, and items should not exhibit any signs of tampering, such as being resealed with tape or super glue.
Non-Acceptable Returns
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or for those with their original cellophane wrapper removed. It is essential that the item is returned in the same condition it was sent out, including all original parts.
If there is any uncertainty regarding the eligibility of an item for return, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, returns received after the stipulated 60-day period will not be accepted, and the item will be promptly returned to you.
Please note that products with opened cellophane wrappers that have been resealed using glue or sellotape will not be accepted, as they are considered used items.
What if the item is faulty/damaged?
In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please take the following steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible, providing details about the issue and including any relevant photographs if applicable.
Provide Information: Be ready to share your order number and any other necessary information to facilitate a swift resolution. Assessment and Resolution: Our team will assess the reported issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund once the faulty item is send back to us, depending on the circumstances.
What is the processing time for returns?
After initiating a return through the return portal, acceptance may take up to 24 hours, typically processed within a few hours. Once the returned item reaches us, the return processing time is up to 7 working days, but during peak periods, it might extend to 2 weeks. You will receive an email notification once the return process is completed.
Do you offer free returns?

2.Refunds
What is the processing time for a refund once the return has been completed?
Upon successful receipt, processing, and acceptance of your refund, you will receive a notification. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to reflect in your original payment method. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds to any bank account other than the original payment method.
The refund has not yet appeared in my bank account?
Normally, refunds appear in your original payment method within 3-5 working days. In rare instances, this may not be the case. We recommend taking the following steps:
- Double-check your bank account for any recent updates.
- Reach out to your bank, considering that there is typically some processing time before a refund is reflected.
- If, after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than willing to assist you in resolving this matter.
Will the Gift Wrap costs paid during the initial order be refunded?
Unfortunately, we do not refund the shipping costs paid during the initial checkout. Your order was dispatched through the service for which you paid, and therefore, we cannot process a refund for the shipping charges.
Will the shipping costs paid during the initial order be refunded?
Regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund for the Gift Wrap fee incurred during the initial checkout. Since your order was specifically gift-wrapped, this service entails additional handling and cannot be reimbursed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
