I ordered some aftershave from here charged me £68.. waited and waited for any confirmation didn’t get any. Then I’m thinking I have been scammed so emailed them. Got a reply to say it was on its way? Then 3 days later got an email saying that my purchase had been lost in transit so they were going to refund me in 3-10 days? It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t got the refund. I emailed them yesterday asking about the refund still haven’t got a reply.. I am shocked they have asked me to give a review. I am now going to take this further how can a company not refund somebody and their P&P when it is their fault and to wait 10 days absolutely disgusting. I will never order from here and I would advise others not to. They are not reliable and in my point of view dishonest.
