Item great delivery slow

Ordered beginning of Jan for my daughters birthday (22nd Jan) due to come 16 latest, chased as had despatch email but no tracking, sent again with apologies, didn’t arrive, chased for 2nd time and it arrived but unfortunately a week after her birthday, it was her 16th so I was really disappointed with the service. They put a boss toiletries bag in as an apology but it doesn’t change the fact the delivery was so slow so I won’t rush to use them again
