I was sceptical after reading reviews since placing the order, that I wouldn't receive it. I was wrong the item was delivered exactly when they said. Although, as this was a week after the order was placed, so 1 star lost purely for the length of time it took to be dispatched. Was delived within 48hrs of dispatch notification. So parcel service used was ok.
The item itself was well packed and the box was sealed, so it's definitely new. Excellent for 100ml at ½ the price of other retailers. I would use again.
