Not a reliable company

Ordered for a Christmas present but never arrived. Contacted company who said they would send a replacement. After waiting for tracking to be updated on delivery I phoned the company to cancel the order and ask for a refund which they said would take 3-5 working days and in that time I get another email to say the item had been dispatched. So product has arrived but as it’s for a gift I won’t be reviewing it
