Good communication from Look Incredible and fast delivery. Outer packaging was good, but the actual Olay packaging boxes were were rather battered (looked like they had been hanging around the warehouse for quite a while). Having said that the cream itself is brilliant, goes on like a dream, is non-sticky so you can put make up on straight away if you want. Really like the product and would purchase again through Look Incredible.
