How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sad to see you go but have tried making the process of ending your subscription as easy as possible. There are two ways you can cancel your subscription:

1. Contact us with the email you used when purchasing your subscription. You will Receive a confirmation email once the subscription has been cancelled. 

2. If you have an account, log-in to it on our website. Then navigate to my account on the top right of the screen which should take you to a page with your subscription details. Select the subscription option located on the left side (under your name) and select cancel. You will Receive a confirmation email once the subscription has been cancelled 

If you are experiencing any issues with the second option please email us, we check our email regularly and this is a fast way to get in contact with us.

Cancelled your subscription but want to start it again? No problem. Just email us with the email you used to purchase your subscription and we’ll sort it out for you or just login to your account and reactivate it from there.


How long is the subscription?

As long as you want it to be. You can have a subscription for one month only or longer depending on your preference. To setup a one month subscription you need to purchase the subscription and then cancel it once your payment has come through. This way we receive your order for a box but our system will not charge you again.

It is also possible to manage your subscription to receive the box on specific months. Say you only want a box every two month or during a specific month, it is possible to set this up. To do this please email us with the email you used to purchase the box and let us know when you would like the box or just login to your account and go to manage subscription.


How does the subscription service work?

Every month we at Look Incredible come up with a gorgeous Beauty Box to last you through the month. We only include full-sized products to make sure they last.

Depending on the date of purchase and availability of the box, your item will be shipped as soon as possible. You will then receive your next box at the beginning of the following month. For example, if you purchase a box on the 20th, a box will be prepared and sent out to you that month (if it is available). You will then receive your next box at the beginning of the following month (usually between the 10th and 15th).

When you begin your subscription, you should receive two emails. One confirming your subscription has started and another confirming a purchase of the Look Incredible Beauty Box. These emails will verify that your subscription has started. 

To change when the box is sent out or for further queries please get in touch.

If you want to change something regarding your subscription such as your next payment date or shipment date and are unsure of what to do, please get in touch before making any adjustments to your subscription yourself as this may result in unexpected charges.


Do you ship to my country?

We already ship to many international countries and may be able to ship to your country too. If your country is not currently listed in our list of shipping destination, please email us and let us know where you would like us to deliver to.


International shipping

Most items can be sent internationally to a wide range of countries. Unfortunately there are some restrictions that prevent us from sending some items internationally. These items include nail polishes and fragrances.

This also affects our Beauty Box which means boxes sent outside the UK will have replacement items to make up for items that cannot be send internationally.


I need to change my delivery address

If your order has not yet been dispatched or you would like to change your delivery address for future orders please email us

Make sure to email us with the same email address used to place your order as well as the updated address.

Please do not try to change the address yourself as this may not properly update across all our systems. If you have done so, please email us to confirm that your address has been updated as your order might be sent to the wrong address.


What is fulfilled and unfulfilled?

Fulfilled means that your order has been fully prepared and may have already been dispatched. If your order has been fulfilled you cannot make any more changes to it (such as updating your address or cancelling your order).

Unfulfilled means your order is being prepared and will be dispatched as soon as possible. If your order is unfulfilled you can make changes to your orders.

To check the status of your order, login to your account to see all recent orders.

Why do you need my phone number?

In order to ensure that your order is sent out without any complications we require a phone number to contact you and confirm some details.

We also sometimes require a mobile phone number so that you receive tracking updates via SMS. This also provided a way for our courier to contact you if there are any issues with delivering your parcel.

Your order may be delayed if a valid phone number is not provided.
