We ship all parcels Monday - Friday and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. 

Dispatch Times will vary between 24 - 48 hours

Standard Delivery (2 - 5 Working Days)

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders above £15
• Items are shipped with Royal Mail
• We aim to ship all orders within one working day (excluding Beauty Boxes)

Need Your Parcel Quicker, Use Our Expedited Delivery Service ( 1 - 3 Working Days)

• At a cost of £3.50 your item will be shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, a more quicker & reliable service
• Any orders placed after 1pm for this service will not be processed until the next working day
• We aim to ship all orders within one working day (excluding Beauty Boxes)

Need Your Parcel Even Quicker,  Use Our Next Day Service

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £7.99. DPD Next Day: £5.99.
• At a cost of £7.99 your item could be with you the very next working day (expected delivery 1 - 2 working days).
• Some items will automatically qualify for Free Next Day Delivery depending on the value of the order
• We aim to ship all orders within one working day (excluding Beauty Boxes)
• Orders placed on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday
• Any Next Day Delivery orders which fall on or are placed over a Bank Holiday period, will be delivered the next working day after the Bank Holiday period is over.

International Delivery

We deliver to a range of countries worldwide. See below for countries and rates:

Some restrictions apply when sending items overseas. We cannot send perfumes, nail polishes and similar item.

Customers will need to enquire about customs/duty charges prior to making purchases as we will not be held liable to pay these costs. 

Any International parcels which have been returned back to us as a failure of collection/custom fee payments will not be eligible for a refund of the initial postage cost.
