I placed my order (and my payment was taken) on the 11 Feb, and was given a delivery date of between 16 - 20 Feb. When it did not arrive I contacted Customer Service on the 21 Feb, who said it had been delayed and would arrive by the 24 Feb, and it eventually arrived on 26 Feb. Would have been better had they contacted me to inform me it was delayed, rather than me having to chase them up! The actual moisturiser I have used for several years, and am very happy with it. It has become increasingly difficult (and more expensive) to get hold of lately, and I was pleased with the deal I got from Lookincredible.
