Collection Extraordinaire Precious Oud by Van Cleef & Arpels is a oriental floral fragrance for women. It contains notes of tuberose, oud, incense, ambergris, patchouli, sandalwwod, jasmine, pink pepper, vetiver and bergamot.
I placed an order first week of January, an email confirmation was received. Then after a week I checked the status only to be told the company had closed for holidays and were busy with outstanding orders. Was told order will be on its way. I had to keep checking on updates with the tracking number given. Each time status said Royal Mail is expecting my parcel. Apparently the order has been sent again- 5 days later status still saying the same- Royal Mail are expecting my parcel.
Fed up now- this has gone on for nearly a month now, I’ve asked for my money back. Will purchase from elsewhere…. Gggggrrrrrr
Still waiting for a helpful response.
